Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 zucchini
- 1 red and green pepper
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 1 can of chopped tomatoes
- Fresh cilantro, ground cilantro, turmeric, cumin, juice of one lime
- Whole-grain rice
Steps
- Ihalo ang spices kasama ng lime juice at i-rub sa chicken.
- I-slice ang onion, zucchini, at peppers at iayos sa oven tray.
- Ibuhos ang tomatoes at coconut milk sa vegetable at haluin ng mabuti. Iayos ang chicken sa taas at lutuin sa 176 C ng 40 minutes.
- Lutuin ang wholegrain rice at tanggalin ang chicken, lagyan ng cilantro (wansoy) at i-serve.
