Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp honey

Steps

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute. If the smoothie is too thick, add water, 1 tbsp at a time, and blend.
  2. Serve immediately.
