  • 100 g beef mince Meat and meat sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp light brown sugar
  • 120 g
  • 1/4 tsp minced garlic
  • 250 g spinach Vegetables and other
  • 350 g bean sprouts
  • 100 g shiitake mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
  • 3 cups steamed rice
  • 3 eggs
  • Some cooking oil
  • Some roasted seasoned seaweed shredded
  • 2 tbsps gochujang Bibimbap sauce (you can change the amounts depending if you like it spicy)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp tonic water
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
