- 100 g beef mince Meat and meat sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp light brown sugar
- 120 g
- 1/4 tsp minced garlic
- 250 g spinach Vegetables and other
- 350 g bean sprouts
- 100 g shiitake mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
- 3 cups steamed rice
- 3 eggs
- Some cooking oil
- Some roasted seasoned seaweed shredded
- 2 tbsps gochujang Bibimbap sauce (you can change the amounts depending if you like it spicy)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp tonic water
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp minced garlic
