Ingredients

  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
  • 3/4 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar.
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1-1/2 tsps baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Salt.

Steps

  1. Pagsamahin sa isang bowl ang shortening at asukal. Saka idagdag ang itlog ng one at a time. Isunod ang saging, vanilla, at pumpkin.
  2. Pagsama-samahin na ang harina, baking powder, baking soda, at asin. Haluin ng mabuti. Idagdag din ang nuts.
  3. Ilagay ang mixture sa loaf pan. I-bake sa temperaturang 350° ng 35-40 minuto.
  4. Palamigin muna bago i-serve. Enjoy!
