Ingredients
- 3 tbsps hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsps low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsps rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup canned water chestnuts, drained and sliced
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Large leafy lettuce (leaves separated), for serving
Steps
- Para sa sauce: Sa maliit na bowl, i-whisk ang hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil at Sriacha (kung gusto mong maanghang)
- Sa malaking skillet sa medium high heat, initin ang olive oil. Idagdag ang onions at lutuin hangang malambot, mga 5 mins. Tapos ihalo ang garlic hangang mabango, mga 1 pang minuto. Idagdag ang ground chicken, at lutuin hangang may kulay at ipaghiwalay ang meat na gamit ang wooden spoon o spatula.
- Idagdag ang sauce at lutuin ng 1-2 mins pa hangang mag-reduce ang sauce ng konti at luto na ang manok. Turn off ang heat, at ihalo ang chestnuts at dreen onions, season ng salt at pepper.
- Spoon rice, kung isasama, at isang large scoop ng chicken mixture sa lettuce leaf.
