Ingredients

  • 6 cups water
  • 4 oz fresh ginger, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch pieces (about 5 inch piece)
  • 1/4 cup honey (or sugar)

Steps

  1. Ipagsama ang tubig, luya (ginger) at honey sa maliit na saucepan. Pakuluin, at haluin ang honey para ma-dissolve.
  2. Hinaan ang init, takpan at i-simmer ng mga 10-15 minutes.
  3. I-strain at ilipat sa teapot o ibang container. Magdagdag ng lemon/calamansi, o honey pa to taste.
