Ingredients
- 2 175 g salmon fillet , skinned
- 2 tbsp fresh gingerroot
- ½ lemon
- Salt
- Pepper
Steps
- Boil water in a pan. Place ginger on the base of a steamer.
- Squeeze lemon over salmon fillets and season with salt. Lay the fish on top of the ginger.
- Place the steamer over the water, cover with the lid and cook for 5 minutes or until the fish is cooked.
- Serve immediately with vegetables or rice.
