Ingredients

  • 2 175 g salmon fillet , skinned
  • 2 tbsp fresh gingerroot
  • ½ lemon
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Steps

  1. Boil water in a pan. Place ginger on the base of a steamer.
  2. Squeeze lemon over salmon fillets and season with salt. Lay the fish on top of the ginger.
  3. Place the steamer over the water, cover with the lid and cook for 5 minutes or until the fish is cooked.
  4. Serve immediately with vegetables or rice.
