Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 8 oz blocks of cream cheese, softened For buttercream
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened For buttercream
  • 3/4 cup keto friendly powdered sugar For buttercream
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened For buttercream
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour For buttercream
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream For buttercream
  • 1/4 tsp instant coffee powder For buttercream
  • Kosher salt For buttercream

Steps

  1. Painitin sa temperaturang 350° ang oven at ilagay dito ang iyong 8" pan na may grease at parchment.
  2. Sa isang malaking bowl, haluin ang cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, almond flour, coconut flour, flaxseed meal, at asin.
