Ingredients
- 250 g ground pork.
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 bundles Malunggay leaves, roughly chopped
- 1 kinchay leaves, cut into slits
- 1/8 tsp sugar.
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/8 cup carrots, grated
- 1 egg, medium
- Siomai wrapper
- Salt and pepper
Steps
- Put the ground pork inside a bowl then put carrots, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, and sugar.
- Mix the Malunggay leaves, onion leeks, sesame oil and egg to serve as binder or to make the ingredients stick together.
- Form the mixture into balls then wrap each ball with Siomai wrapper.
- Place them in the steamer and steam for about 25-30 minutes.
