Ingredients

  • 500 g beef liver hiwain
  • 2 tbsp clarified butter tunawin ang butter at tanggalin ang puting foam, iwanan ang yellow liquid
  • 3/4 cup regular butter hayaang lumambot sa room temperature
  • 1 small brown onion
  • 2 garlic cloves pinisat
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1 sprig thyme
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. Sa isang kawali, initin ang 2 tablespoons ng butter at igisa ang sibuyas at atay.
  2. Idagdag ang wine, mustard, bawang, lemon juice at herbs.
  3. Haluing mabuti hanggang mabawasan ang sabaw.
  4. Tanggalin sa kawali at ilipat sa blender. Idagdag ang natitirang butter at timplahan ng asin at paminta.
  5. Iblend nang mabuti hanggang maging creamy ito.
  6. Kung medyo tuyo ito, dagdagan ng butter.
  7. Gawing palaman sa tinapay o crackers.
