Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 28 ounces whole plum tomatoes
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar.
  • 4 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 green pepper, strips
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp pepper.

Steps

  1. Hatiin ang mga kamatis. Lutuin naman sa isang pan ang beef at sibuyas. Gisahin ito hanggang sa maluto. Sunod na ilagay ang brown sugar, seasonings, tomato sauce, at suka.
  2. Isunod na idagdag ang cabbage at paminta. Lagyan ng takip at haluin nang mabuti sa loob ng anim na minuto.
  3. Serve with rice. Enjoy!
