Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cabbage, thinly sliced
- 28 ounces whole plum tomatoes
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar.
- 4 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 green pepper, strips
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp pepper.
Steps
- Hatiin ang mga kamatis. Lutuin naman sa isang pan ang beef at sibuyas. Gisahin ito hanggang sa maluto. Sunod na ilagay ang brown sugar, seasonings, tomato sauce, at suka.
- Isunod na idagdag ang cabbage at paminta. Lagyan ng takip at haluin nang mabuti sa loob ng anim na minuto.
- Serve with rice. Enjoy!
