Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 litres water
  • 8- 10 black dates pieces
  • 1/4 cup goji berries
  • 3 fresh ginger , peeled and sliced thinly
  • 10 dried longan pieces
  • 10-12 1-inch Dang Shen root pieces
  • 1 1/2 litres water

Steps

  1. Rinse all dried Chinese herb ingredients.
  2. In a medium saucepan, start heating 1 1/2 litre of water. Add all the ingredients. Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat. Alllow for it to simmer for 1 hour.
