Ingredients
- 1 1/2 litres water
- 8- 10 black dates pieces
- 1/4 cup goji berries
- 3 fresh ginger , peeled and sliced thinly
- 10 dried longan pieces
- 10-12 1-inch Dang Shen root pieces
- 1 1/2 litres water
Steps
- Rinse all dried Chinese herb ingredients.
- In a medium saucepan, start heating 1 1/2 litre of water. Add all the ingredients. Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat. Alllow for it to simmer for 1 hour.
