Ingredients
- 3 tbsps milk of your choice
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 3 cm piece of fresh ginger , peeled
- 2 tsps baobab powder (optional)
- 1 small ripe banana
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp oats
- Juice of half a lemon
Steps
- Idagdag ang coconut yogurt at milk sa high-speed blender, tapos idagdag ang turmeric, fresh ginger at baobab powder (kung gagamit). Ipasok ang mga natitirang ingredients at i-blend hangang smooth. Puwedeng dagdagan ng yelo kung gusto mong malamig.
