Ingredients

  • 3 tbsps milk of your choice
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 3 cm piece of fresh ginger , peeled
  • 2 tsps baobab powder (optional)
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp oats
  • Juice of half a lemon

Steps

  1. Idagdag ang coconut yogurt at milk sa high-speed blender, tapos idagdag ang turmeric, fresh ginger at baobab powder (kung gagamit). Ipasok ang mga natitirang ingredients at i-blend hangang smooth. Puwedeng dagdagan ng yelo kung gusto mong malamig.
