Ingredients

  • 1 pound potatoes (about 2 medium)
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg.

Steps

  1. Preheat oven 200Β°c. I-peel at hatiin ang mga potatoes ng lengthwise / pahaba ng mga 1/2 inch slices.
  2. Sa malaking bowl, toss ang potatoes ng oil at pepper. Ilipat sa 15x10x1-in. na baking pan na naka-grease na. Bake, uncovered, ng mga 25-30 minutes o hangang golden brown at crisp. Haluin ng isang beses.
