Ingredients
- 2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 1¼ cup almond milk
- 1 banana
- ¼ cup oatmeal
- 1½ tbsp honey (or alternative sweetener)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
Steps
- Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth or until the desired consistency is reached. (for a colder smoothie; freeze the banana or refrigerate for 15 minutes)
