Ingredients

  • 8 ounces vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 6 frozen strawberries with their stems cut off

Steps

  1. Put the yogurt, sugar, and strawberries in a blender.
  2. Turn the blender on to high speed, blending until the liquid is thick and smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses, and serve immediately!
