Ingredients
- 1 can of sardines
- 1/4 kg ampalaya, sliced
- 2 egg, beaten
- 4 garlic (cloves), crushed
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup water
Steps
- Sa isang kawali, igisa ang sibuyas, bawang, kamatis, at sardinas.
- Pagkagisa, saka idagdag ang ampalaya at igisa ulit ito nang limang minuto. 'Wag din kakalimutan na ihalo ang beaten egg.
- Magdagdag ng ½ cup na tubig. Pakuluan.
- Serve hot!
