Ginisang Ampalaya at Sardinas

Ingredients

  • 1 can of sardines
  • 1/4 kg ampalaya, sliced
  • 2 egg, beaten
  • 4 garlic (cloves), crushed
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup water

Steps

  1. Sa isang kawali, igisa ang sibuyas, bawang, kamatis, at sardinas.
  2. Pagkagisa, saka idagdag ang ampalaya at igisa ulit ito nang limang minuto. 'Wag din kakalimutan na ihalo ang beaten egg.
  3. Magdagdag ng ½ cup na tubig. Pakuluan.
  4. Serve hot!
