Ingredients

  • 4 (4-6-oz.) halibut steaks For Halibut (or any firm fish of your choice)
  • 2 tbsps extra-virgin olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 mango, diced FOR THE MANGO SALSA
  • 1 red pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeno, minced
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped cilantro
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Steps

  1. I-preheat ang grill sa medium-high at i-brush ang halibut gamit ang oil sa lahat ng sides ng isda at i-season ng salt at pepper.
  2. Ihawin ang halibut hangang luto na mga 5 minutes per side.
  3. Gawin ang salsa: ihalo ang lahat ng ingredients sa isang medium na bowl at i-season ng salt at pepper. I-serve and salsa sa ibabaw ng halibut.
