Ingredients

  • 3 cups dashi soup stock
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 3/4 cup organic tofu, cubed
  • 3 tbsps miso paste.
  • 1/4 cup shitake mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 tsp dried seaweed, minced
  • Low sodium soy sauce

Steps

  1. Pakuluin sa katamtamang apoy ang dashi soup stock. Idagdag ang mushroom, seaweed, tofu, at sibuyas. Hayaang kumulo ng 5 minuto.
  2. Kumuha ng 1 cup soup stock at maglagay ng miso paste rito. Kapag natunaw na, saka ilagay ulit sa kumukulong soup.
  3. Maaaring magdagdag ng toyo para magkaroon pa ng lasa. Serve warm.
