Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted raw almonds
- 1 cup dried apricots
- 1 cup whole dates , pitted
Steps
- Combine almonds, dried apricots, and dates in a food processor and process until mixture clumps together like a ball.
- Dampen hands and begin to mold small balls and refrigerate until firm (about 1 hour). Keep covered and refrigerated. Can store up to 2 weeks.
