Buttery chili prawns

Ingredients

  • 25 g butter
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 red chilli, seeds left in and finely chopped This is optional
  • 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
  • 12-20 large raw king prawns with shells
  • Juice 1 lemon, plus a few slices for a finger bowl
  • ½ small bunch parsley, roughly chopped
  • Small loaf crusty bread, warmed to serve

Steps

  1. Tunawin ang butter at initin ang oil sa pan. Idagdag ang garlic, chili at paprika at iprito 1-2 mins o hangang golden. Lakasan ang init at idagdag ang prawns at iprito ng few minutes hangang maging pink ang prawns. Tanggalin sa init, season at ihalo sa lemon juice at parsley.
  2. Mag dagdag ng mga lemon slices sa isang finger bowl ng warm water, kumuha ng isang bowl para sa shells, at kain na!
