Ingredients
- 1 cup carrots shredded
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups seasoned breadcrumbs, divided
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp canola oil
Steps
- Hatiin sa maliit na hiwa ang mga gulay. Maaaring gumamit ng blender o food processor para rito.
- Idagdag sa mixture ang bawang, itlog, breadcrumbs, cheese, onion powder, at paminta. Patuloy lang na i-mix ito gamit ang blender hanggang sa makita mong pwede na siyang gawing hugis bola.
- Ihulma ito pabilog. Pagkatapos mabilog, i-flatten ito gamit ang palad.
- Bilang coating, gamitin ang natitirang breadcrumbs.
- Prituhin ito hanggang sa maging golden brown. Enjoy!
