Ingredients
- 1 cup leftover adobo, minced
- 1 cup green beans.
- 1 cup sweet potato
- 1 cup monggo sprouts
- 1 cup carrot strips
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper
- Lumpia wrapper
Steps
- Sa isang kawali, igisa ang bawang hanggang sa ito ay umamoy.
- Isunod na igisa ang tirang adobo, beans, carrots, monggo sprouts, at kamote. Lagyan ito ng asin at paminta. Igisa lang hanggang sa maghalo at lumambot.
- Kumuha ng isang kutsara sa adobo mixture at ilagay sa lumpia wrapper. I-roll ito ng maayos saka prituhin.
