Ingredients
- 200 g pea , fresh or frozen
- 1 medium zucchini , cut into small chunks
- 200 g fresh kale , tough stalks removed
Steps
- In a large pan, bring water (enough to cover all ingredients) to a boil. Add all the vegetables in the boiling water. Lower heat, and simmer the vegetables until kale is cooked and zucchini is tender, about 6 to 8 minutes.
- Drain the vegetables. Using an immersion blender, puree the vegetables. Or transfer the vegetables into a blender of food processor, and puree. Serve.
