Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup carrot , grated
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 3 tbsp raisins
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp grade b maple syrup
- 1¼ cup almond milk , unsweetened
Steps
- In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
- Add wet ingredients and mix well to coat evenly.
- Put a lid on the bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Top with Greek yogurt if desired.
