Ingredients
- ¼ cup ready-to-eat dried apricots , finely chopped
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds , roughly chopped
- 9 oz carrots , roughly chopped
- 2 oz spinach
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp kelp powder
- Mineral water
Steps
- Place the apricots in a small bowl, and pour in ½ cup boiling water. Leave for 10 minutes. Drain.
- Push the spinach through a juicer, followed by the carrots, then apricots. Stir in the lemon juice, pumpkin seeds, and kelp powder.
- Pour the juice in a glass, and top with mineral water. Serve immediately.
