Breastfeeding mothers can eat pork liver. Pork liver is rich in nutrients, protein, fat, minerals, and vitamins. It has strong myocardial effect. It can also contribute calcium to the blood and improve breast milk quality. But, pork liver should be eaten in moderation because of its high cholesterol content.

Baby

Baby can eat pork liver. Protein, fat, vitamins, and mineral in pork liver can improve baby's immunity and physical development. It is recommended that pork liver should be cooked and pureed for baby to eat. Although it's safe for baby to eat, it should be consumed in moderation because of its high cholesterol content.
