Ingredients

  • 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (7-oz.) jar diced pimiento
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp minced bread-and-butter pickles
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp ground red pepper
  • 2 tsps fresh lemon juice
  • 2 dashes of hot sauce
  • Garnish: smoked paprika

Steps

  1. Ipagsama ang shredded Cheddar cheese, pimiento, mayonnaise, pickles, Dijon mustard, kosher salt, garlic, ground red pepper, lemon juice, at hot sauce.
  2. To serve: Hatiin ang okra pods. Dahan dahan i-scoop out ang mga buto. I-spoon in ang pimento mixture, at i-garnish kung gusto mo.
