Ingredients
- 200 g salmon fillet
- Marinade:
- 1 tsp garlic , chopped
- 1 tsp ginger , chopped
- 2 tbsp pure sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
Steps
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celcius
- Mix all marinade ingredients. Marinade salmon for at least 30mins.
- Wrap fish in foil. Poke through the foil to allow steam out.
- Bake for 8 minutes or until salmon is cooked.
