  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsps canola oil
  • 1 pound uncooked shrimp (31-40 per pound), peeled and deveined
  • 3 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • Hot cooked rice
  • Lemon Slices

Steps

  1. Sa malaking skillet o wok, i-saute ang garlic ng oil ng mga 1 minute. Idagdag ang shrimp, mushrooms at onions; stir-fry ng 1min. I-stir in ang broth, lutuin ng 2mins, o hangang pink ang shrimp. I-serve kasama ng rice, at lagyan ng lemon.
