- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsps canola oil
- 1 pound uncooked shrimp (31-40 per pound), peeled and deveined
- 3 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- Hot cooked rice
- Lemon Slices
Steps
- Sa malaking skillet o wok, i-saute ang garlic ng oil ng mga 1 minute. Idagdag ang shrimp, mushrooms at onions; stir-fry ng 1min. I-stir in ang broth, lutuin ng 2mins, o hangang pink ang shrimp. I-serve kasama ng rice, at lagyan ng lemon.
