Mixed Sprouts and Spinach Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Chopped and blanched spinach
  • 1/2 cup mixed sprouts
  • 1 tbsp jeera powder (cumin powder)
  • 1 1/2 cup thick curd
  • 1/2 tsp mild chilli powder

Steps

  1. Mix spinach and sprouts in a bowl.
  2. Add curd to it.
  3. Sprinkle some jeera powder, chilli powder, and salt (as per taste) over it.
  4. Mix well and keep it in the fridge.
