Ingredients
- 2 slices of whole wheat bread
- 100 g canned tuna in sunflower oil, drained
- 75 g Gruyère cheese , sliced
- 1 tomato , sliced
- Salt and pepper
Steps
- Preheat the grill on high. Place the bread on a baking sheet, and toast one side.
- Flip the bread. Divide the tuna between the two untoasted sides, topping with the cheese and tomato.
- Grill until the cheese bubbles. Remove from heat. Season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
