Ingredients

  • 2 slices of whole wheat bread
  • 100 g canned tuna in sunflower oil, drained
  • 75 g Gruyère cheese , sliced
  • 1 tomato , sliced
  • Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill on high. Place the bread on a baking sheet, and toast one side.
  2. Flip the bread. Divide the tuna between the two untoasted sides, topping with the cheese and tomato.
  3. Grill until the cheese bubbles. Remove from heat. Season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
